This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, implements provisions due to art. 31 point 3a and 3c of Act on integrated environmental prevention and control of environmental pollution which are particulars of the application for a certificate of proficiency, means of verification of professional competence, certificate of professional competence and its validity period.
