Decree implementing certain provisions of the Act on packaging.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and five Annexes, sets out (i) composition requirements applicable to packaging; (ii) details on waste labelling; (iii) details on registration of packaging. Details on requirements for composition and properties of packaging are specified in Annex 1.
