With a view to implementing the provisions laid down at Community level, the present Decree establishes that Fentin hydroxide shall not be included among the substances listed out in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995. All authorizations issued as regards the placing on the market of phytosanitary products containing such substance shall be revoked with effect from 20 December 2002.
