This Decree was adopted pursuant to Directive 2005/7/EC amending Directive 2002/70/EC, which establishes requirements for the determination of levels of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in feedingstuffs. The Decree lays down particular amendments to Annexes I and II to Legislative Decree No. 133 of 2004.
