Decree implementing European Community regulations concerning the improvement of the production and marketing of apiculture products.

In compliance with article 1 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 797/2004, a national apiculture programme must be drawn up on a three-year basis. The national programme shall be composed of subnational programmes, to be elaborated by the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces.
