This Decree-Law approves and implements into the national territory the Union European Parliament Directive No. 2000/25/CE on the control of polluting gas emission. It consists of 6 articles and 1 annex specifying the measures to be adopted against the polluting gas emission, in particular for agriculture and forestry purposes. Requirements to be satisfied by and air quality standards are specified in the text.
