This Decree-Law creates a credit fund for financial assistance to fishing boards. It consists of 8 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from credits to be issued to fisheries boards (including aquaculture, fish transformation and trade) in the view of guaranteeing a technique and equipment modernisation of involved sectors (valid for the period between 1 January 1994 and the date of entry into force of this provisions).
