This Decree-Law, composed of 14 articles, defines conditions for extraction and processing of sites producing honey and other apicultural products used for human consumption. It provides a classification of production and extraction sites and establishes a registry for the above mentioned products. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of labelling and licensing procedures required for the sites.
