This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directives No. 1999/4 concerning coffee and chicory extracts (not applying for soluble coffee). It consists of 15 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order produce and place on the market the aforementioned products. From 13 September 2001 trading non-authorized products is prohibited.
