This Decree-Law approves the Statutes of the Regional Administrations for Environment and Land Planning (DRAOT). It consists of 4 Chapters establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned Regional Administrations, under the Ministry of Environment and Land Planning and whose main objectives are to guarantee the enforcement of national environmental policy at a regional level.
