This Decree-Law creates the Multimunicipal Water Supply System of Northern 'Alentejo' entitled to collect, treat and supply water for public use (including water for human consumption) and carry out water disposal programme within the following districts: Alter do Chão, Arronches, Avis, Campo Maior, Castelo de Vide, Crato, Elvas, Fronteira, Gavião, Marvão, Monforte, Nisa, Ponte de Sor, Portalegre e Sousel. (6 articles).
