This Decree-Law establishes the second amendments to Decree-Law No. 108/2010 and re-publishes on the legal regime regulating protecting measures to be applied for marine environment protection. It aims at guaranteeing the preservation and conservation of marine environment until 2020, according to EU Directive No. 2008/56/CE on Marine Strategy.
