This Decree-Law rectifies the ZPEs delimitations due to national security, urban growth and avifauna conservation reasons. These urban areas are invited not to outgrow the delimited space according to the approved urban directing plans. It consists of 10 articles and an Annex in which the ZPE is geographically enclosed.
