This Decree-Law, consisting of 14 Chapters and 4 Annexes, establishes the legal regime for transport and underground storage of natural gas, as well as for liquefied gas (GNL) and for distribuition of natural gas. Annexes specify respective concession requirements and procedures for obtaining an authorization to perform the above mentioned activities.
