This Decree-Law approves the Regulation on sanitary procedures to be applied in order to perform EC animal production and trade of bovine and swine species. It consists of 9 articles and 6 Annexes establishing the veterinary requirements to be met in order to manage and control the aforementioned activity. Sanctions for offenders are established in the text. Annexes lay down the Regulation on sanitary control.
