This Decree-Law, composed of 22 articles, establishes the general rules for the implementation of the Operative Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (POADR) and the agricultural aspect of the III Community support frameworks (CSFsIII) regional operative programmes. It defines which fields are admitted for financial support within the Agro Programme and the AGRIS Measure.
