This Decree-Law establishes the representation criteria of the organizations that compose these organs, it is made up of VII chapters and 28 articles naming the organs a) Agriculture and Rural Development National Council(CNADR); b)Forestry Consultation Council(CCF); c)Fisheries Consultation Council(CNP); d)Hunting and Fauna Conservation National Council(CNCCF), their functions and constitution.
