This Decree-Law creates national advisory bodies of the Ministry of Rural Development and Fisheries (MADRP). It consists of 7 chapters regulating the participation of producers (within different sectors such as: agriculture, forest, animal breeding, fisheries, aquaculture, hunting, etc.) into the bodies of the aforementioned Ministry. It establishes composition, duties and competencies of these advisory bodies according to the different sector.
