This Decree-Law establishes requirements for trading seeds of: beetroot, fodder, cereal, potato, textile plant, oilseed and vegetable according to EC Council Directive No. 96/72 of 18 November. Amendments concern labelling and packaging requirements to be met by the aforementioned products in order to be placed on the market.
