This Decree-Law establishes oenological practise obligation to be registered within the Portuguese Viticulture Institution 'Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho (IVV)'. It consists of 10 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied for the aforementioned obligation for those people, or groups, desiring to produce wine (other than Porto wine) and providing for oenological infrastructure requirements.
