This Decree-Law, composed of two articles and one Annex, introduces into the National Legal System the Commission Directives No. 2003/113/CE, of 3 December, 2003/118/CE, of 5 December, and 2004/2/CE, of 9 January, on the fixing of maximum levels for certain pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables. The Decree-Law emends the dispositions contained in the Decree-Law No. 51/2004.
