This Decree-Law approves the Regulation for radio transmission on vessels. The Regulation consists of 7 chapters establishing the requirements to be satisfied by radio equipment to be kept on board for navigation purposes. It is divided as follows: General conditions (Chap. 1); Approvals of radio equipment (2); Instalation on board (3); Radio communication frequence (4); Licence for radio frequence (5); Inspection (6); Sanctions (7).
