This Decree-Law fixes tax rates for the collection, transformation and distribution of bird and mammal meat subproducts, including specific risk material (MRE). The State will tax the agents responsible for this activity removing itself from the foresaid activity, these measures aim at fighting the BCE epidemic. It’s composed of 6 articles and II Annexes.
