This Decree-Law amends a series of articles and re-publishes the Decree-Law No. 202/2004 regulating Hunting Act No. 173/99. It consists of 16 Chapters and 2 Annexes divided as follows: General provisions (chap. 1); Conservation of animal species, establishing the restrictions to be applied particularly in order to protect animals during mating seasons (chap. 2); Management of hunting resources, defining authorized hunting areas (chaps. 3 and 4); Right to Non-Hunting areas (chap. 5); Hunting acti
