This Decree-Law establishes vessel requirements and regulations to be applied during construction. It consists of 4 chapters defining the standards to be satisfied by national and foreign vessels (according to the different cabotage) such as: vessel construction requirements, technical regulations to be applied, ownership conditions, etc.
