This Decree-Law regulates forestry regional plan activity (PROF) in order to manage and improve forestry regional sector. It consists of 20 articles and 1 Annex establishing forest protective measures, reforestation, forest control, composition and competencies of authorities entitled to carry out plans on reforestation and other activity of this sector.
