This Decree-Law approves the Act instituting the Ministry for Environment, Territory and Regional Development (MAOTDR). The Act is composed of 36 articles divided in four Chapters. It defines the Ministry’s mission, structure and other related bodies, such as the National Water Council, Waste management Support Commission, national Council for Environment and Sustainable Development.
