This Decree-Law approves the Regulation of Navigation for touristic boats on the sea (RAMT). It consists of 5 chapters and 3 Annexes regulating the conditions and requirements to be satisfied by touristic boats in order to obtain an authorization for navigation on the sea. Offences and penalties for illegal activity are attached to the text.
