This Decree-Law establishes the requirements to be met by third country establishments for animal feed production. It consists of 6 articles and 4 annexes regulating the imports of products for animal feeding originating from third countries (including sanitary procedures to be applied), which must be authorized by General Direction of Veterinary (DGV) satisfying certain conditions specified in the text.
