This Decree-Law regulates the Fisheries Programme (MARE) applicable during 2000-2006 for the sustainable development of fisheries and aqueculture sectors (including regional programme MARIS), in compliance with EC Council Regulations No. 1260/1999, No. 1263/1999 and No. 2792/1999 of 21 June and 17 December.
