This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 20/96 on the Protection System Fund to combat Climatic Changes (SIPAC) and establishes new requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from compensations due for agricultural harvest destruction caused by climatic change, amendments in particular relevant to sanctions to be paid for illegal activity.
