This Resolution, consisting of 5 Chapters, approves the structure of the Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Energy (MTIE). This Resolution establishes composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned Ministry, entitled to: define, execute and assess public policies of economic activities related to any production of goods and service and in particular to those related to industry, energy, trade and tourism sectors.
