This Decree-Law establishes the quality standards to be satisfied in order to produce spirit originating from the fruit of the arbutus ('Arbutus unedo L.' plant species. It consists of 13 articles and 1 annex regulating the conditions to be satisfied by the aforementioned spirit including labelling and packaging. Sanctions for illegal activity are prescribed in the text.
