This Decree-Law includes more 13 active substances within the Annex I of Decree-Law No. 94/98 of 15 April on technical regulations for pesticide trade (according to EC Commission Directives No. 2000/80 and No. 2001/28 of 4 December and 20 April. It consists of 17 articles and 1 annex specifying new active substances and establishing the requirements to be met in order to use them.
