This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 74/96 regulating the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries (MADRP "Ministério da Agricultura, do Desenvolvimento Rural e das Pescas"). Amendments concern articles: 1, 4, 5-8, 10, 11, 13, 15-22.
