This Decree-Law adopts the polarimetric analysis as the official method for establishing starch level in animal feed. It consists of 2 articles and 1 annex approving the official method for performing the aforementioned activity. The annex specifies all the requirements to be satisfied for producing animal feed according to EC Commission Directive No. 1949/79 of 27 July.
