This Decree-Law creates the Multimunicipal System for water collection, treatment and supply within certain effluents within the following Municipalities: Amarante, Arouca, Baião, Cabeceiras de Basto, Castelo de Paiva, Castro Daire, Celorico de Basto, Cinfães, Felgueiras, Gondomar, Lousada, Marco de Canaveses, Matosinhos, Mondim de Basto, Paços de Ferreira, Paredes, Penafiel, Porto and Vila Nova de Paiva.
