This Decree-Law amends certain articles of Decree-Law No. 199/98 on construction and modification of fishing vessels not exceeding 12 metres. It establishes new standards for fishing vessels construction, such as: fishing gear weight, maximum motor-power propellor, battery requirements, etc.
