This Decree-Law establishes the new national catalogue for varieties of agricultural and horticultural species and regulates certification and marketing (including genetically modified varieties and plant genetic resources). It consists of 21 articles according to EC Council Directives No. 98/95 and No. 98/96 of 14 December.
