This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 94/67 of 16 December on dangerous waste incineration. It consists of 4 chapters and 5 annexes regulating the aforementioned activity in order to protect human health and to reduce environmental damages, in particular in the air, soil, surface and underground freshwater.
