This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 121/98 on the use of food additives (except colourings and sweeteners) according to EC Council Directives No. 98/72 of 15 October on the use of food additives (except colourings and sweeteners). Amended articles regulate the use of food additives and establish requirements to be met by these substances in order to be used in food.
