This Decree-Law establishes the first amendments of Decree-Law No. 10/2010 regulating the management of waste from mining extractive industries. Amendments deal with the new requirements to be satisfied to manage waste originated from extractive industries. It also amends parts of the annexes on the nature of mineral waste, specifying the criteria for waste management and disposal.
