This Decree-Law regulates herbal seed commercialisation. In particular, it defines the requirements to be satisfied in order to carry out this activity, such as: authorized productions; controls on agricultural lands and crops; certification, etc. Moreover, it also prescribes seed packaging and labelling requirements.
