This Decree-Law approves the Statutes of Port Administrations of Setúbal and Sesimbra. It consists of 26 articles and 1 Annex establishing the Regulation governing the Statute of the aforementioned Port Institution entitled to manage and improve harbour sector within coastal areas, carry out inspections, etc. It specifies its composition, duties and competencies.
