This Decree-Law approves the Regulation for Navigation along Douro River. The Regulation consists of 8 chapters and 7 Annexes regulating the conditions and requirements to be satisfied in order to navigate along the aforesaid river, according to provisions established by Decree-Law No. 138-A/97 of 3 June. It provides for vessel markings, code of navigation, recreational and sport navigation, harbours requirements, offences and penalties, etc. Annexes list authorized harbours to supply navigation
