This Decree-Law amends and re-publishes Decree-Law No. 10/2013, related to structure and competencies of the Ministry for Rural Development (MDR). Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings of this institution, in particular establishes new competent authorities for National Food and Nutrition Security (CNSAN) and National Secretariat for Food and Nutrition Security (SNSAN).
