This Decree-Law amends Annexes IV and V of Decree-Law No. 121/98 on the use of food additives (except colourings and sweeteners). It consists of 9 articles and 2 Annexes specifying these amendments concerning food additives to be used for human consumption and establishing requirements to be met by substances such: preservatives, anti-oxidants, acidifiers, acidity regulators, etc.
