This Decree-Law establishes the legal regime for apículture 'Apis mellifera' species. It consists of 12 articles and 1 annex defining, regulating and classifying different apiculture activities to be performed within the territory of the Republic of Portugal. It establishes controls to be carried out by competent authority and sanctions to be paid for illegal activity.
