This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 95/71 of 22 December regulating sanitary procedures for the production and placing on the market of fish products (including fresh and salt water aquatic animals). It consists of 9 articles and 1 Annex establishing sanitary requirements to be satisfied by fishing and aquaculture products (kept on board of certain vessels) in order to be placed on the market.
