This Decree-Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes the financing regime of projects related to environmental preservation activities that have the following characteristics: implement new technologies or good practices related to waste residue management operations, in particular those: minimizing the costs of the operation, increasing the efficiency of this management or the improvement of services given; promoting the consumption of eco-efficient products, including those promoting the use
